Since we are running out of S (short) workunits I moved some shorter XXL workunits to S workunits. This means, that S workunits run now up to 3 days. yoyo |

This is bad. My computer is slow and can not work the whole day and it is impossible to reach the checkpoint. |

I agree this opinion. S or XXL is not important. Can't reboot my PC is important. My XXL workunit is running over 1200 hours (50 days) worked Intel Core i7 2700K. I can not reboot my PC yet Windows. It is no problem if this workunit couninued quitting point when I reboot my PC. I do not want to help and donate wrong project. I stop to get new workunit from this project. |

This is bad, because... I had previously changed my settings to not get XXL work units (since I restart my machine often and didn't want to waste all the resources)... Now you are forcing me to disable the S workunits as well, for the same reason. A better approach would have been to create a new category for these "medium" workunits (so I could disable mediums while leaving S's enabled)... or to actually implement checkpointing! I would have preferred a solution that didn't force me to stop doing all work for your project. |
